The hinge will have a straight arm and it allows your cupboard door edge to be completely in line with the edge of your cabinet. 1 major advantage of a full overlay concealed hinge is that is fully adjustable due to 3 little screws which it has. They can be fine-tuned to ensure the door frame is totally concealed and fits together perfectly. These hinges are a type of hinge that has a spring built into it so when you start to close a cabinet door, the spring, at some point, takes over and pulls the cabinet door closed with a tap.
- Hinge requires that the cup drilled in the back of your door is at least 13 mm (1/2 in. D), top hinges required a 12.5 mm cup depth, we recommend that you measure the cup depth on your doors before ordering, many cabinet makers used a 13 mm cup depth even though the requirement was only 12.5 mm so yours may already be drilled to 13 mm, each hinge uses 4 each #6 flat head screws and screws are included
- Opening angle: 105°, overlay: full overlay, cup diameter: 1-2/5 in. (35 mm), cup depth: 1/2 in. (12.5 mm)
- Suitable door thickness: 3/5 in. to 1 in. (16 mm to 24 mm), screw hole center to center: 1-4/5 in. (45 mm), material: cold rolled-steel
- Finish: nickel plated, adjustment: 2-way adjustable: side (minus 3 mm to plus 1 mm) and depth (plus 3 mm to minus 1 mm) (you can adjust the height of the door with adjustable screws holes of the plate during the installation), cabinet type: frameless, bore distance: 1/8 in. (3 mm)
